Your Small Step is Enough
I am a Christian counselor with training and certification from Paracletos Institute - a reputable Christian Counseling training Institute which relies on both evidence based counseling models as well as Bible scriptures. I also have lived-experience in managing depression, anxiety and trauma -- which makes me especially passionate about helping others find relief. My practice aims to offer help, empathy and professional treatment to anyone who suffers from those conditions and is ready to think differently and feel better. I reserve slots for clients facing economic hardship and offer a number of creatively crafted services to help remove financial barriers to counseling care.
Clients are expected to show up for themselves, be patient with themselves, and to trust God (even just a little) with the process.
